Hi, I was working on my Stilo this afternoon and when i tried to start it I received a warning saying "security failure" and now it turns but wont start. I cant understand what could have happened , I drove the car onto ramps and changed the gearbox oil. When it tried to drive it off this

There is no motor sound at all, I think the problem is either with the motor or the switch, can anyone tell me the location of boht the water washer motor and hey just recently got my stilo 1.2 active, just finished gearbox change and now attacking alarm system that isnt working no flashing lights on press of remote or noise. does lock the doors though. i dont want to pull out mini fuses and start wiping codes so if anyone knows the specific problem ur advice would be golden. Yes the key has an immobiliser chip in the remote body so key plus chip = car start Remote locking/alarm is a completely separate system Under the Fiat badge on the remote is the securing screw to disassemble Have a look here as you can maybe swop keys, immobiliser chip and remote internals over.
