It's probably not worth getting it just for that, but in the later parts of the collection there will be a bit of back and forth to do stuff in the Sunspear Sanctuary, and this allows you to teleport there. Speaking of which, in the Sanctuary you'll have to play a game of hide and seek with your skyscale eventually.

Update - travelling again to SOTO on the SOTO character and using all chat options regarding this collection with Skyscale Trainer Dyanne seems to have fixed it. Thanks for this. Felt like I had res'ed at least 50 pcs and npcs before I came across this thread.
The wiki says you only have to kill the 8 veteran djinns in the area to summon the Elder ones you're looking for. Once you summoned them, make sure you do not start their event ; you only need to talk to them for the skyscale achievement, not defeat them. 3. VarrenHunter. • 2 yr. ago. rjZP.
